SMALL ALABASTER KOHL JAR WITH LID

On protruding base, domed shoulder, wide flaring rim, flat top with banded disc-shaped lid covering drilled hole in centre of jar.
Ex private coll., by descent from Colonel A.E.S. Irvine, Royal Army Medical Corps (DSO), 1920s.

H. 3.8 cm. Tiny chip from rim.
