Integrated ribbed loop, the oval shaped cell with radiating strokes to the flange border, the inset agate-onyx cameo with profile female bust to the left, fine detailed face, her wavy hair plaited and wound in a bun,
style of Faustina Junior, wife Marcus Aurelius. Cameo reset in later gold setting.
